Get Rid of That Chicken Wing!


One of the most common issues with amateur golfers is the dreaded chicken wing, where the lead elbow (left elbow for right-handers) bends through impact and into the follow-through. The chicken winged left arm pulls the clubhead away from the golf ball resulting in a poor quality shot.
